We stayed 2 nights and it was a such wonderful fit. The room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally nice and there were central heating, a personal safe, and a private safe. The hotel had very very nice and friendly staff members. Loved our stay in this venue...

Truly enjoyed the hotel, its marvellous location and my perfectly clean room.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super clean and cozy room. the staff here were really friendly and offered some fantastic recommendations. Plus, the location was just right, making it easy to get to all the attractions in the area. 😊.

The room was super clean, and the bed was really comfy-definitely enjoyed my stay! Everything I needed was there, including a nice bathroom with a bathtub. 😊.

The warm and pleasant surroundings at Serenity Boutique made our stay enjoyable. We were welcomed by friendly staff who showed us how to use the coffee machine, and our room was cozy and comfortable with a little fridge. We had fast WiFi with no glitches, a bonus. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the noisy coffee machine and someone ringing the communal telephone in the early hours, overall we had a great experience. We would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom provided plenty of towels. The hotel was located close to the city center and other great areas to explore. The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the coffee was delicious.

It was extremely cold in the hotel. The heating system wasn't strong enough and I had to wear layers to bed to keep warm.

The stay at Serenity Boutique was wonderful. Friendly host, useful recommendations, nice and clean rooms, close to city attractions. Private and homey feel. Lovely couple of days in Budapest. Thank you!

Almost perfect.

This hotel was a fantastic find! The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the city attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was spot-on. I loved the hotel facilities, including the comfy beds and the large shower cabin. The breakfast was also a must-try and definitely worth the expense.

Nothing that I didn't like.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the room was well-designed with modern fixtures and comfortable bedding. Additionally, the staff was accommodating in providing extra towels upon request. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable at times, with constant interruptions from the nearby pub. There were also issues with the plumbing, which resulted in a less than sanitary environment. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness and upkeep.

This hotel is perfectly located near all the city attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the interiors are tastefully designed with Swedish-inspired furniture. the room is well-furnished with almost new furniture that is extremely comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. the property manager is welcoming, communicative and ensures that all needs are met. the breakfast on offer is very well made and worth the expense.

Though the room was situated on a busy street making it extremely noisy, the hotel staff did offer us a solution.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center. We really appreciated the convenient airport shuttle service, and the room had all the amenities we needed, from the ironing facilities to the free toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the shared kitchen and flat-screen TV in our room. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, and the off-site car park provided convenient parking.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
